‘Well-led’: an evidence review

Home 9 Resources 9 ‘Well-led’: an evidence review
This report explores what it means to experience ‘well-led’ care and support, drawing on the perspectives of people with lived experience and people working in health and social care.

Developed as part of a co-produced programme with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the report combines research evidence with personal testimony to better understand how leadership influences the quality and feel of care and support.

This evidence review is part of a wider project we’re doing with CQC, aiming to influence how leadership is understood and assessed across health and social care.
