This hour long webinar hosted by Martin Walker, TLAP’s policy advisor for self-directed support, looked at the question of personal budgets and their role in supporting a diverse market.

His guest were Helen Allen, Community Catalysts and Rachel Mason, NCAG. Together they discussed and took questions from participants on the conditions that need to be put in place for direct payment holders or self-funders to purchase from local providers. They also looked at what puts people off.
