The Care Act places a responsibility on health and wellbeing boards and partners to fulfil new wellbeing and prevention duties.
Developing the Power of Strong, Inclusive Communities sets out a framework, which can be adapted locally, for how health and wellbeing Boards can do this.
The framework also supports work to integrate health and social care and responds to public finances pressures by harnessing the capacity of people and communities.
