Think Local Act Personal launches new website and brand refresh

Published: 27 Sep, 2024

We are delighted to announce the launch of Think Local Act Personal’s (TLAP) new website and refreshed brand, developed to better reflect our dedication to personalising health and social care. This update has been co-produced with members of the National Co-production Advisory Group (NCAG), TLAP partners, and stakeholders across the sector.

Putting people at the heart of our brand

Through a series of workshops, we listened to feedback about our previous website. While it was filled with valuable information, many felt it was cold and technical.  That didn’t feel right for us, so we decided to refresh the way our brand looks. Building on our belief that everybody should be able to live their life their way, our new designs have been created to highlight the rich tapestry of life through vibrant use of colour and diverse photography. Additionally, we co-produced new key messages to ensure visitors better understand our work and our mission.

Improving visitor experience

With several thousand visitors a month, our website is where most people engage with the TLAP brand. The updated site addresses past challenges, making content more visually engaging and information easier to navigate. The introduction of topic hubs—such as Making It Real, co-production, and self-directed support—enables users to explore key themes quickly and intuitively. Finally, our Resource Library brings together our large collection of reports, podcasts, webinars and more.

Built for growth

Our new website is built with the future in mind. While we are launching with a focus on our existing resources, the platform is designed for continual development. It will allow us to expand and adapt over time, offering an even larger and more comprehensive platform to support our mission of personalising health and social care so that more people can live their life their way.
