MakingItReal.org.uk is now live

Published: 14 Jan, 2024

Today we have launched our new online hub for everything relating to Making It Real, our approach to improving care and support.

Making It Real is a set of co-produced statements that describe what good care and support looks like. They are aligned to the Care Act, and built in to the CQC Single Assessment Framework. You can use Making It Real to spark ideas that can improve people’s lives.

The hub features a number of resources created to help people get the most out of Making It Real. This includes a new Guide, a suite of discussion materials, and stories of people and organisations who have already used Making It Real.

You can also sign up to our new Making It Real Network to stay up-to-date with the latest news, resources and events.

Once you’ve had a look around, please let us know your thoughts on the new site by connecting with us on LinkedIn. We’d love to hear your feedback and any ideas you might have.

Better care and support? You can make it real.
