Published: 9 Feb, 2015

The acclaimed programme aimed at Health and Social Care leaders interested in cultivating empowered and healthy communities is back.

Integration and prevention are two areas of social care reform which face problems – both financial and cultural, but there is compelling evidence for the value of strong and inclusive communites for addressing these challenges.

The Programme

The Leadership for Empowered and Healthy Communities programme will share best practice in leadership skills for people who want to be part of a movement for change and reform in social capital using a person-centred approach

The course runs from June 2015 -Jan 2016, and consists of five one day workshops as well as one-to-one leadership coaching sessions.

Who should attend the programme

What previous participants said

“The opportunity to discuss what other colleagues are doing and approaches they are using meant that this type of discussion was one of the most useful aspects of the course.”
