An online account for people to find information about their health and healthcare.
People aged 13 or over who are registered with an NHS doctors surgery in England can have an account.
People can access their account via the NHS App or the NHS website and can use it to view their medical record, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, check symptoms and view messages from their surgery.
