Bryony is passionate about changing the language we use to communicate within and about adult social care. She writes a blog called Rewriting social care which focuses on the words and phrases that make her go hmmm, why language matters and how we can shift the narrative to create a better, brighter and more human social care future. Bryony has a background in information and communications and has worked in various roles relating to practice development in adult social care since 2006. She is Strategic Lead for Practice Development in Adult Social Care at the City of Doncaster and is also working with TLAP and Social Care Future around narrative and practice change.
