Transitions from children's to adults' services

The NICE Collaborating Centre for Social Care (NCCSC), hosted by SCIE, is recruiting for a Chair and topic advisor to the Guidance Development Group on transitions from children's to adults' services.

The NCCSC, who have been commissioned by NICE, are keen to hear from people with social care and/or health experience, particularly in relation to transition from children's to adults' services.
