Transition from children's to adult's services

The NICE Collaborating Centre for Social Care (NCCSC), hosted by our partner SCIE, is calling on a person who uses services and a carer with experience of moving from children's to adult's services to join their latest 'scoping' group.

As a member of the scoping group you will offer your insights to help shape the 'scope' (or the framework) for their social care guideline for England on coordinated transition from children's to adult's services for young people.

What is involved:

• Meet three times
• Receive payment of £150 per day (£75 per half day) and reasonable expenses
