The social care commitment

Added on

The Social Care Commitment is a Department of Health initiative which is led by Skills for Care. It is aimed at employers and employees working in adult social care with a focus on improving workforce quality, instilling shared values, and driving the right behaviours across adult social care.

Making the commitment involves signing up to a series of 'I will...' statements and selecting tasks that put those statements into practice, which means the commitment has a real impact in the workplace.
