The Narrative for people near the end of their life

National Voices and the National Council for Palliative Care are seeking comments on a draft version of Narrative for Person-Centred Co-ordiated Care which considers the perspective of people in the last twelve months of their life.

They want to hear from service users and their carers, including bereaved carers and family members; from children and young people with life-limiting conditions; from organisations that work with these groups; and from professionals, commissioners and providers in health, social care and other settings.

The deadline for comment is Wednesday 19 February 2014, with a publication due date in the spring 2014.
