The inaugural Health Services Journal Patient Leaders List recognises 50 outstanding individuals whose personal experiences have led them to instigate change and as a result are shaping healthcare. TLAP is thrilled that Sally Percival, Chair of National Coproduction Advisory Group (NCAG) and member of the TLAP Board has been included and recognised for her important work.

The HSJ said: "Sally's belief in the importance of co-production of services stems from her experiences as mother to a child with disabilities and carer for her mother, who has dementia. As chair of NCAG, she helped write Making It Real - a set of "I" statements that set out what the experience of care should be like. These have since been adopted by more than 800 organisations...The organisation has had huge impact in bringing together health and social care."
