Integrated care value case toolkit

Following last year's government launch of the Better Care Fund (3.8 billion) for improved efficiencies and coordinated patient care, the LGA in partnership with NHS England, ADASS, Monitor, The Department of health and others have produced a toolkit to support local areas in developing joint integrated care plans.

The toolkit which was launched at the King's Fund on 15 January, includes a modelling tool to help areas understand the impact of integrated care initiatives on their area, patient experience and cost. It also includes local Value Cases, a signposting tool and a searchable map of integrated care initiatives across the country.
