Health and Housing Hub

Earlier this year the Department of Health named the National Housing Federation (NHF) one of its voluntary sector strategic partners for 2013/14. The remit of the NHF is to help housing associations access information about new NHS structures. This includes how the new healthcare bodies commission services, how to integrate with social care and improve the health of local populations. As part of this project they have launched a health and housing hub on the NHF website.
