Comment on the draft scope for transition from children's to adults' services

The draft scope for the NICE guideline on transition from children's to adults' services is out for consultation and the NICE Collaborating Centre for Social Care (NCCSC) would like to know what you think about it. The draft scope defines what aspects of care the guideline will cover and to whom it will apply.
