A new London-wide network for multi-agency professionals involved in transition.

The London Borough of Enfield is hosting a Transition Network as a response to what they have identified as a growing need for more opportunities for local authority colleagues to share information, network and forge partnership projects.

The network has already held three seminars focused on transition in housing, independent living and health. Future themes suggested are challenging behaviour and accessing employment opportunities.

The forum also provides an opportunity for transition leads to consider SEND agenda and its implications.

The dates of the future seminars:

13^th June 9.30am - 1.30pm (Challenging Behaviour)

29^th September 10am - 2pm (Employment)
